Apellis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 1, 2020. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

  (a) The stockholders of the Company elected Gerald Chan and Cedric Francois as class III directors, each for a three-year term ending at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2023.
